I’m Ildikó Sealey. An Encorepreneur, a passionate Routine & Performance Strategist and a fierce advocate for new beginnings at any age, especially later in life.
Hungarian-born and UK-based, I’ve taken the scenic route through life: from leathercraft specialist to social housing professional, from textile designer to property investor. I’ve gained two degrees in a second language and built a lifestyle that gives me the freedom to follow my passions.
At 50, I chose to reinvent myself. I declared I want to do something amazing in my life. I launched a podcast, now Routine is Revenue, to spotlight the importance of treating personal health as your business' or career's #1 asset. I also founded the Routine Club to help you build health-centred routines that support a thriving business and a balanced life.
These days, you’ll find me recording episodes, mentoring clients on their health for wealth strategy using my T.E.M.P.L.E. MethodTM, speaking on stages, and cheering on anyone brave enough to say “What if I start now?”, because it’s never too late.
